Returns and Refunds
Our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Once a return has been received at our warehouse, we will refund the payment method used. However, shipping and return shipment costs (if any) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your parcel must not be in processing or still in transit. You will receive email updates, or we will refund you upon the return of the items.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately using the 'Contact us' page. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Inspection
For claims regarding defective or damaged items, we may require you to provide photographic evidence and/or return the item for inspection.
Approval and Processing Time
- Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement item.
- Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement as described in our Refund Policy.
