Estimated delivery windows are provided below. Please note they are subject to change, especially during high-volume periods. Expedited orders do not deliver on weekends. For the most current delivery information, track your shipment using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email at 17track.net.

This applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Yes, we have a money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied or have a problem, contact us to discuss it. 

We accept returns within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the product. 

Once a return has been received at our warehouse, we will refund the payment method used. However, shipping and return shipment costs (if any) are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a refund, your parcel must not be in processing or still in transit. You will receive email updates, or we will refund you upon the return of the items.

Why is my order taking so long? 

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or delays with our couriers.  We cannot make them go any faster. Please do not inquire with us about a package being late unless 30 days have passed since the expected delivery date.
