Cold Chain Shipping
Select peptide products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to help minimize heat exposure during transit.
While cold-chain packaging helps maintain product stability, temporary temperature fluctuations during shipping may occur and do not necessarily impact product quality.
We recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and select international destinations where permitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products can legally be imported into their country or region before placing an order.
AminoBox is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, duties, or taxes.

Returns
For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or temperature-sensitive products.

Cold Chain & Shipping
